 Q: Do you provide event insurance?

A: Yes, we provide General & Liquor Liability

Q: How do we book Rein Storm Events for our event?

A: It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! First, select the “Get a Quote” button on our site and submit a proposal. Second, schedule a virtual consultation with a Rein Storm pro if needed. Last, sign our service contract and pay a 50% retainer to hold your event date and so we can start ordering ingredients, reserve staffing, and get working on your project.

Q: Can I cancel after booking?

A: Yes, our contract outlines our cancelation policies. There are fees associated with canceling, so please make sure you are ready to book when you sign your contract. We are limited to the number of events we can do on any given day and when you book, we stop taking inquiries for your event date.

 

Q: Do you provide the alcohol?

A: We can put together an order for you via our preferred retailer for you to pay for directly to retailer; or you can manage this on your own. ***For our tap trailers, you can select up to four kegs and we will contact you with a separate invoice from the retailer.

Q: What is the difference between the Cocktail Bar & Full Bar Services?

A: The Cocktail Bar Service includes specialty cocktails you select from our menu. The Full Bar Service simple fresh mixers & garnishes so we can make most of the classic cocktails and basic mixed drinks your guests request. Recommended for larger weddings or parties over 100ppl.

Q: Can you create a custom cocktail menu for our event?

A: Absolutely! We love creating custom cocktails based on our clients’ favorite flavors and ingredients. During our virtual meeting, we’ll chat about everything, including your cocktail menu :)
